I have a really hard time reviewing skin care products. I have to try them for a few weeks before I can come to any conclusions and even after a month sometimes it’s very hard for me to tell. I always take before and afters but most of the time I don’t see a huge difference.

In the last few years my biggest complaint for my skin would be just a general texture change that was going on and a loss of natural luster.
Texture problems(roughness, large pores, fine lines & wrinkles) are frustrating because foundation not only doesn’t fix them (usually, some primers come close) but they often accentuate them.
After my very first use of this personal microderm machine I really couldn’t believe it.

Granted I am making THE DORKIEST face in the first photo (Also, I started dying my eyebrows, don’t know why I waited so long to do that.) but aside from that I was shocked by how much of my redness was gone, I didn’t even think I was red.
Can you see the smoothness? Nick couldn’t see it and I was like “WHAT? How can you not see that!?” which met a shrug from him….
Here’s the thing. It’s pretty expensive.
But just one microderm treatment done at a spa will run you half what this machine costs and it will last for years (the diamond tips will need to be exchanged after about a year) so it’s a good investment.
